The 7 Pad is a sophisticated tactile instrument and MIDI controller designed for musicians aiming to enhance their musical composition and learning experiences. It features a collection of chord pads and a virtual piano that facilitate the exploration of harmony through scales and chords.

Main Features:

• Endless Sound Possibilities: The device allows users to select various sounds for chords and scales via its internal .sf2 soundfont-compatible GM synthesizer. Additionally, it supports control over external hardware or software synthesizers through three MIDI connection options: Wi-Fi (requiring a PC application), USB class-compliant (requiring a USB to MIDI interface), or direct USB with a charging cable (compatible with Android M or later).
• Chord Functionality with 7 Pads: Users can access 12 types of harmonized scales readily available across seven groups of seven pads. Each group allows for the storage of customized harmonies in CHORD mode, while over 50 scales can be harmonized in various configurations (1-3-5, 1-3-5-7, etc.) thanks to an advanced harmonizer.
• Song Progression Recording: The device enables users to record every chord they play in a song progression. Users can edit the duration of notes, copy and loop sections, save their work to a file, and share it with others. A built-in MIDI looper further allows for the capture of live performances.
• Scale Playback: The virtual piano feature offers the ability to filter out incorrect notes. When connected to a MIDI keyboard controller via USB, users can map scales to the white keys of the keyboard. This allows for looping a selection of favorite scales over a chord progression to enhance improvisation.
• Rhythmic Play: The device also offers features for rhythm management, including tempo adjustments, metronome activation, and synchronization with Ableton Link and MIDI Clock. Users can experiment with arpeggiator variations or customize chord rhythms using the STEP sequencer.
